Isle of Beauty
Winemakers
Notes
A prolonged Indian summer with cool nights, typical of Marlborough, led to expressive wines with great natural acidity. The season produced pristine fruit with
beautifully ripe flavours. Treated as a white wine in the winery this rosé was pressed off skins early, fermented cold and then aged for 10 weeks in stainless steel and concrete egg tanks to
accentuate complexity and minerality.
