Notes
Warm nights reduced acid levels and led to an early harvest. The grapes were hand-picked from high density planted vines on a small triangular, north facing slope
on our Brookby Hill Vineyard. 30% whole bunch, wild fermentation occurred in open top fermenters. The wine was then pressed off into seasoned French oak barrels and aged for 11 months. Unfined and unfiltered.

Lifted botanical aromas of wild flowers and violets. This hedonistic wine is packed full of blueberry and red plum flavours mingled with bright chalky acidity. Ethereal and rustic with silky tannins and great energy.
