Notes
After a beautifully warm but excessively dry summer, harvest began three weeks ahead. It was an amazing vintage with pristine fruit, small berries, and great concentration. The grapes were hand-picked from high density planted vines on a small triangular, north facing slope. With 30% whole bunches, wild fermentation occurred in open top fermenters. The wine was then pressed and aged for 11 months in seasoned French oak barrels.
Unfined | Unfiltered | Vegan.

Tasting Notes
Lifted perfumed aromas of violets and fruits of the forest. This earthy and complex pinot noir is packed full of dark berry fruit and black plum flavours mingled with bright chalky tannins. The wine is ethereal and elegant and has great energy.
