Notes
After a beautifully warm but excessively dry summer, harvest began three weeks ahead of normal. It was an amazing vintage with pristine fruit, small berries, and great concentration. Treated as a white wine in the winery – this rosé was pressed off the skins early, fermented cold and then aged for 10 weeks in stainless steel and concrete egg tanks to accentuate complexity and minerality.
